Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform all activities within the finishing department, including but not limited to Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, and Passivation.
• Detect and report any discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor.
• Assist with the training and guidance of new team members and operators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality system procedures.
• Ensure assigned activities are completed in accordance with Seabrook’s Quality System and regulatory standards.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus but not required.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
