Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support fragrance evaluation sessions and develop the ability to smell, classify, compare, and describe fragrances
- Explore fragrance families, ingredients, key market references, and emerging olfactive trends
- Support Scent Design Managers throughout fragrance development projects, from client briefs to fragrance selection and submission
- Contribute to inspiration searches, benchmarking activities, mood boards, fragrance collections, and creative presentations
- Research consumer trends, fragrance preferences, cultural movements, and emerging olfactive directions
- Assist with project trackers, fragrance samples, evaluation materials, and project follow-up activities
- Support the organization, classification, and maintenance of the fragrance bank
- Collaborate with Scent Design, Perfumery, and cross-functional teams throughout the fragrance development process
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Fragrance/Perfumery, Marketing, Design, Consumer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in fragrance, beauty, creativity, and consumer trends
- Interest in developing olfactive sensitivity, fragrance vocabulary, and evaluation skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and conceptual thinking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Proactive, curious, and open to feedback, with a strong willingness to learn
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
