FinCrime Analyst (Junior)

As a FinCrime Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our cutting-edge financial services, all the while promoting a safe, secure and compliant environment for all. • This is a junior position in our first line of defence
• Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of financial crime cases
• Escalating unusual activity to internal experts
• Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
• Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution

• Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued, but not required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in rotational 8h shifts, 5 days a week, 24/7/365
