FinCrime Analyst (Junior)

As a FinCrime Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our cutting-edge financial services, all the while promoting a safe, secure and compliant environment for all. • This is a junior freelancing position in our first line of defence
• Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of financial crime cases
• Reporting confirmed suspicious activity to regulating entities
• Acting as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies
• Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
• Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution

• Previous experience in customer support or FinCrime role is valued, but not required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
