Join Deutsche Bank Structured Finance Sales team in Paris for a 6 months internship starting in July 2025 to strengthen the existing Paris Global Market division. The main mission will be to assist and provide support to the Paris based FIC Financing sales team in their day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in originating and managing deal flows accross Direct Lending, Infrastructure & Energy, Commercial Real Estate, Transportation, ABS, and Fund Finance.
- Prepare internal screening memos based on Information Memorandums and due diligence reports.
- Monitor corporate finance markets (PE deals, M&A pipeline) to keep the team up-to-date.
- Assist the Team in negociating NDAs/RLs with clients and internal Legal.
- Enhance and maintain the existing tools and spreadsheets to improve transaction execution efficiency for the sales team.
Skills
- Must be eligible to work in France.
- Good verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English is mandatory.
- Good spirit of analysis, synthesis and rigour.
- Strong interest and knowledge in financial product and industry.
- Teamplayer.
