Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and other financial reports for leadership.
  • Build financial presentation slide decks for monthly management reviews, budget meetings with regional leaders, and annual budget reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Analyze income statement trends and variances from budget and communicate key findings to management teams.
  • Partner with operational and accounting teams to understand project-level and business-unit performance.
  • Support accounting team in monthly closing process and special projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 3–5 years of financial analysis or related experience; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with ERP, accounting, or financial reporting systems.

Computer Skills 

Microsoft Office applications; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis); Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred.

Physical Demands 

Primarily office-based; able to sit at computer for extended periods; ability to use standard office equipment (computers, printers, scanners); sit, stand, walk, talk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
