What You’ll Do

  • Offer strategic coaching in essential areas, such as cash flow and budgeting, through text and video consultations
  • Support clients in understanding their financial situations and guide them in developing practical budgeting and cash flow habits that fit their goals.
  • Provide general education around financial well-being topics such as emergency planning, financial habits, and long-term financial awareness.
  • Help clients build the skills and habits to meet both daily obligations and larger goals, such as saving for retirement or purchasing a home.
  • Stay current with financial literacy trends and budgeting strategies to offer clients the most relevant coaching.
  • Support clients in tracking their progress and guide them in adapting budgeting and saving strategies to life changes or shifts in financial goals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience supporting individuals in financial coaching, financial wellbeing, financial education, or similar roles focused on financial literacy and money habits.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret budgeting and spending data, and provide well-grounded coaching that helps clients build sustainable financial habits.
  • Content Creation: Ability to produce engaging written content; video creation skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills
