Job Description
Ensuring data alignment and accuracy across financial platforms, including Power BI and Oracle. the role is key in analyzing and interpreting complex data to address and resolve data accuracy challenges, identifying gaps in data governance, and recommending actions to uphold high data quality standards.
You will manage comprehensive documentation for data sources, models, and processes, and coordinate finance and data-related projects, including enhancements and integrations, to support effective data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Alignment Between Platforms
- Ensure seamless integration and accurate data alignment across Oracle EPM Cloud, Power BI, and Corporate Data Hub
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial systems integration,
Data Analysis
- Understand and manage data transformations and ETL processes using SQL
- Extract and analyse data to identify and address quality and accuracy issues
Data Quality Management
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data
- Perform data profiling and cleansing to uphold high quality standards
- Implement and enforce best practices for data quality
Data Governance
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures
Project Management
- Assist with BI reports and dashboard projects, including user requirements, data extraction, testing, and documentation
- Coordinate data-related projects to ensure timely and within-scope delivery
Documentation
- Create and maintain documentation for data sources, models, and flows
- Document data quality processes, standards, and procedures
- Prepare user manuals and training materials for BI tools and reports
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Knowledge of Planning & Reporting tools like SAP, SAC, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Power BI
- Proven experience in a data analyst, data engineer, or BI analyst role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Strong understanding of data quality management practices and principles
- Strong understanding of financial data warehousing and integration
- Experience with data governance frameworks and policies
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expert user of Jira & Confluence for documentation purposes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
