Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the planning, development, and implementation of financial systems in Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management and Information Technology teams
- Acts as system administrator for core financial platforms, ensuring accurate configuration, user access, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls
- Identifies, evaluates, and recommends system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency and support evolving organizational needs
- Leads & coordinates projects related to financial system upgrades including releases & testing, data migrations, new module deployments, and process automation initiatives
- Oversees staff training, documentation, and end-user support related to financial systems
- Monitors financial system performance, troubleshoots issues, and works with vendors or Information Technology teams to resolve technical problems promptly
- Analyzes and streamlines financial data flows to support timely, accurate, and actionable reporting and analytics
- Supervises and mentors a team of financial systems analysts
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Required Qualifications:
- Five years of progressive experience in financial systems management
- Experience with major ERP platforms and healthcare financial systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations and internal controls
- Excellent project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
