·Provide business process and technical support for Ecolab’s OnBase and Concur deployed solutions
·Develop, Test and Deploy modifications to system configurations
·Timely resolve ServiceNow tickets (workflow, user access, etc.)
·Create and support online user reporting capabilities
·Integration support across connected systems
·Complete recurring security and change management auditing
·Support required SOx audit testing and formal control submissions
·Team member supporting system upgrades, patching, and other vendor capability releases
·Focus on implementing and managing strong security controls
·Recommend and implement improvements to systems and processes
