We are seeking a versatile and collaborative Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, optimization, and support of our core business systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite. Working closely with the Financial Systems Manager and key stakeholders (including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing), you will provide critical technical support and implement system enhancements that drive our business forward.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of NetSuite. This includes user access, roles and permissions, managing reporting layouts, and maintaining system controls to support our financial and operational processes.
Customization & Automation: Design, build, and maintain customizations for our financial and operational modules. Create and manage workflows using SuiteFlow to streamline processes like Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, and Work Orders. Develop and maintain SuiteScripts to automate key business tasks.
Stakeholder Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users across the organization. Provide training and troubleshoot issues related to financial transactions, inventory, manufacturing processes, and reporting for all key stakeholders.
Data Integrity: Oversee the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data within NetSuite. Manage data imports, mass updates, and perform data cleansing to ensure reliability across the platform.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with various departments (including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing) to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement effective solutions within NetSuite.
Period-End Support: Assist the accounting team during month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring system availability and data accuracy.
Integration Management: Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other financial and operational systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration errors in a timely manner to ensure data integrity.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a systems administration role with a strong focus on NetSuite, supporting both finance and operations.
NetSuite Skills:
Strong proficiency in customizing NetSuite's financial, inventory, and manufacturing modules.
Demonstrated experience building complex workflows using SuiteFlow.
Familiarity with SuiteScripts (JavaScript-based scripting) for business process automation.
Expertise in creating saved searches and custom reports for financial and operational analysis.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of core accounting principles (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and supply chain concepts.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate cross-functional business requirements into technical solutions.
Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of business stakeholders.
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundations Certification.
Experience with e-commerce platform integrations (e.g., Shopify).
Experience with spend management or billing platforms (e.g., Airbase).
Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Workato)
