Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of current business processes on EBS and identify areas for improvement to migrate to Oracle EPM specifically for Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM)

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

  • Collaborate with product lead, finance process teams and technical teams to configure & design solutions that meet business needs

  • Apply industry best practices in ERP financial design and configuration for scalable and auditable solutions

  • Configure and support EPCM module 

  • Understand how AI and automation can be incorporated into ERP processes to elevate decision-making, detect anomalies, and improve forecasting

  • Participate in developing user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective scrum execution.

  • Support change management, training, and testing activities across user groups

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information System, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/Finance or Product Analyst, in Oracle ERP context

  • Familiarity with Oracle EPCM application services and understanding of business processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Exposure to Agile development methodology

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred skills/certification:

  • Certified SAFe Agilist or similar Agile certifications

  • Oracle Fusion EPCM certifications

  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion EPCM financial processes, configuration, and solution design

  • Experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and new feature adoption
