As an IT professional, the Financial Systems Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administration of our Source to Pay platform, including performing configuration changes and change management, release management and testing, application monitoring, and troubleshooting of issues. You will also be responsible for the administration of other financial software systems as required. If this sounds great you, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems including NetSuite/Intacct, Coupa and other financial systems. Triaging and resolving production support issues and implementing small enhancement requests.
  • Responsible for owning system configuration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, scripts, and dashboards.
  • Resolve incoming business incidents and requests in a timely manner, including escalation when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team members.
  • Coordinate and monitor all administrative functions for our back-office systems, including the monitoring and coordinating of functional administrators.
  • Provide status updates and progress reports on projects and support tasks.
  • Support IT compliance requirements, such as SOX, information security, GDPR and others.
  • Work with business and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and develop solutions.
  • Contributes to cross functional projects that involve integration between back-office applications and other applications.
  • Research system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
  • Assist back-office departments with data analysis and reporting needs.
  • Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock teams and keep delivery on track.
  • Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work to address them.


Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 3+ years' experience with systems in the back-office (e.g., NetSuite, Concur, Workday)
  • At Least 3 years ERP/Finance production support experience with NetSuite
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills.


Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience preferred, not required
  • Coupa experience a plus
