Job Description:
Support the preparation and delivery of business unit (BU) reports and performance metrics.
Lead process improvement projects to make reporting faster and more efficient using BI and AI tools.
Conduct benchmarking studies and handle special ad-hoc projects as needed.
Build and maintain MySQL data pipelines to connect finance systems, ERPs, and data warehouses.
Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python, SQL, and other scripting tools.
Create dashboards and analytical tools in Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to support business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation processes.
Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to improve data flow and reporting systems.
Identify and implement ways to enhance financial systems and automate manual processes.
Assist in improving FP&A tools, models, and processes to strengthen the finance function.
