Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FP&A supervisor for Korea consolidation FP&A role. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to our finance team, ensuring flawless execution of financial operations and driving central initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for Korea MBR (Monthly business review) / QBR (Quarterly business review) for leadership presentation by consolidating revenue/bookings and business review from all division FP&A

  • Prepare country profit analysis and gross margin analysis and consolidate divisional OPEX for total Korea and analyze the OPEX variance

  • Prepare for backlog analysis, capital expenditure and headcount reporting with the details check

  • Lead and prepare shared service Opex forecast with variance analysis monthly and explain the gap

  • Prepare comprehensive Korea AOP (Annual operation planning) Package by gathering all divisional AOP revenue, booking and perform total country simulation in the multiple views

  • Support country STRAP (Strategic planning) Package for Financials, Investments and OPEX

  • Finance Business Partnering with several functional team : Lead and prepare monthly forecast for functions and provide a robust ROI analysis for various projects to support strategic initiatives and investment that may arise at total country level

  • Drive and participate in simplification/digital/AI initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Business Administration

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership

  • Experience in working multi-national companies (MNCs)

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & Power Point, preferred skills with Power BI and Cognos preferred

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with team and other stakeholders

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to providing quality results
