Support LatAm Management Team decisions through business analysis, financial information, and analytical insights, while leading strategic & operational projects within the Cluster
He/She will join the LatAm Finance team
Main functions and tasks:
- Perform regular and ad-hoc business & financial analysis
- Understand business performance and provide insightful outputs
- Identify key risk & opportunities to maximize efficiency of the business decisions
- Lead strategic & operational projects
- Drive initiatives to boost business performance and efficiency
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Over 4/6 years of experience in Advisory, Audit or similar position
- Sound analytic skills and good understanding of business drivers and KPI´s
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI tools
- Extensive experience building data models and conducting complex business analysis
- Communication & presentation skills - written and verbal at senior Level
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese would be a plus
