You..

·       Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

·       Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

·       Keep an eye on the banking and financial industry, recognise technological potential and identify strategically important areas of transformation

·       Are able to take responsibility for a project from initiation to successful completion

·       Bridge the gap between business and IT on the way to defining and achieving overarching goals

·       Know where you want to set your focus in the financial sector and are constantly improving yourself through our extensive range of personal and professional development programmes

·       Have excellent communication skills and can express yourself confidently in German and English
