Job Description

As a Financial Sales Specialist you will be at the heart of our intermediary sales operation—building strong relationships with brokers across the UK and becoming a product expert across Together’s full suite of eight regulated and unregulated offerings. You will support both the specialist packager market and the Network & Club space, helping brokers navigate complex cases and ensuring the best possible submission routes. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where self-drive and teamwork are essential.

As a Financial Sales Specialist we are looking for someone to: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers nationwide, delivering exceptional service via phone and email.
  • Become a subject matter expert across Together’s eight mortgage products, spanning both regulated and unregulated markets.
  • Engage in detailed discussions with brokers to understand complex enquiries and advise on the most suitable submission routes.
  • Provide regular feedback to Account Managers on broker sentiment and market trends to help identify new opportunities.
  • Take ownership of chasing referrals and early-stage cases to ensure they progress efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Support brokers operating in the specialist packager space as well as those aligned with Networks and Clubs.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, initiative, and accountability are key to succes

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of both regulated and unregulated financial products.
  • Experience managing inbound service calls, outbound sales calls, and email communications.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
