Experience migrating processes from one environment to another, such as MS Access to SQL Server Management Studio/SSIS. Experience with Claude Code and ETL processes a plus.
  • Industry Expertise: A strong background in the health insurance industry, with a solid understanding of membership reporting requirements, metrics, and the sales and enrollment processes.
  • 10+ years of related experience.

What You Bring:

  • Collaborative Spirit: A proven ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling information for various audiences.

What You’ll Gain:

  • An environment where you can exercise personal responsibility and autonomy, planning your work to meet objectives within a clear framework of accountability.
  • The opportunity to influence internal teams and make decisions that directly impact the success of projects and team objectives.
  • A role where you will tackle a broad range of complex analytical work, investigating, defining, and resolving intricate data challenges.
