About The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-driven Financial Reporting Analyst who understands financial reporting, analysis, and how numbers tell a clear business story. This role supports accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strong financial controls.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to generate actionable insights
- Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
- Maintain documentation and support audits as required
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams
- Continuously improve reporting processes, accuracy, and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero is preferred
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization is preferred
- Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas and reporting
- Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting principles
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present financial data clearly and confidently
