Granicus is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Financial Reporting Analyst to join the Finance Team. Reporting to and partnering with the Manager of FP&A, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing global financial reporting initiatives, maintaining integrations between the finance and accounting systems, and owning the system administration of Adaptive Planning.

What your impact will look like here:

  • Design and maintain standardized monthly and quarterly financial reporting to support executive and Board level financial reviews.
  • Serve as administrator of Adaptive Planning.
  • Manage the monthly data integration from NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Integrate systems, data, and forecasts of acquired companies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and planning efficiency, presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of planning fields and account / department mapping. 
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.

You will love this job if you have:

  • Bcom in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Math).
  • 4-7 years of experience as financial analyst, business analyst, or related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously deliver high quality output.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel experience with pivot tables, vlookups, sumproducts, nested IFS). Excel and/or BI dashboard experience a plus
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite (or similar tool). 
  • Preferred experience with financial systems integrations and/or knowledge of SQL.
