About the Position
We are looking for a qualified accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. In this role, you will primarily maintain the books and records for our APAC businesses and work with our regional and global accounting teams to prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Additional responsibilities of the role will include:
- Preparing or reviewing various accounting reconciliations and financial schedules that support the financial statements
- Collaborating with outside auditors and advisors, interpreting GAAP and documenting accounting policies and internal controls
- Working closely with other team members, including members of our accounting-specific technology team, to improve and automate processes

About You- Have a bachelor’s degree and are a qualified accountant with relevant accountancy credentials
- Have 3+ years of experience in an accounting role, including experience with preparing financial statements and account reconciliations
- Have a solid understanding of IFRS (knowledge of US GAAP is desired but not essential) and are preferably familiar with relevant regulatory regimes
- Organised with great communication skills; able to build strong collaborative relationships across various groups within the firm
- Self-motivated to improve processes where possible
- Have excellent time management skills; able to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- A strong analytical and critical thinker; detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude when resolving issues
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Having experience with accounting and reporting using Workday is a plus
- Fluent in English
