This executive will ensure effective decision-making across the organization regarding the launch and management of financing and leasing products by providing Pindustry insights, market intelligence, segmentation analysis, and trend data that support both short- and long-term commercial strategy.

A Typical Day at Nissan:

  • Ensure all commercial proposals are supported by reliable, verifiable data and performance indicators, including market benchmarks, portfolio analytics, and customer insights.

  • Lead the design and development of innovative financial products (credit and leasing solutions) aimed at expanding offerings for both prospective and existing customers.

  • Validate that the business strategy (short- and long-term) is backed by robust data, including alignment and approval across all key stakeholders (Brand, NRFM, Dealers, and Customers) through a 360° validation approach.

  • Monitor and evaluate the business impact of commercial offers, ensuring continuous tracking of KPIs such as sales volume, profitability, portfolio performance, and risk exposure.

  • Ensure that results and performance insights of commercial initiatives are effectively communicated to internal stakeholders, business partners, and governance committees within NRFM.

  • Drive the implementation of corrective actions in a timely and effective manner based on performance deviations, focusing on improving sales outcomes, profitability, and risk indicators.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across all organizational levels and with external partners, fostering a win-win collaboration mindset.

  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, promoting accountability, engagement, and a strong results-oriented culture.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA) or specialization in Financial Services or Marketing is desirable.

  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Credit, or Leasing products.

  • Proven experience in Market analysis and customer segmentation and Product lifecycle management.

  • Advanced English (business proficiency required)

  • Proficiency in tools such as: Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau.

  • Exposure to team leadership or project-based team coordination, with the ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and results-driven performance.
