Analista de FP&A con principal enfoque en reporting y gestion de P&L.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Cierre de Mes y Reporting (Informes Gerenciales)
-Realizar análisis de variaciones y explicar los principales drivers vs escenarios como forecast, budget y año pasado.
-Gestión del P&L: Consolidar y analizar el Estado de Resultado, asegurando que la información esté clasificada correctamente.
-Presentaciones Ejecutivas: Preparar análisis y presentaciones para facilitar la toma de decisiones en diferentes foros y niveles directivos.
-Carga de información Cierre en PBCS.
Planeación Financiera (Budgeting & Forecasting)
-Forecast: Colaborar con diferentes áreas para proyectar Costos y Gastos.
-Budget: Apoyar activamente en la construcción del Presupuesto Anual (Budget) y dar seguimiento a compromisos y ejecución de gasto.
Mejora Continua y Automatización
-Identificar e implementar mejoras en procesos y reportes mediante el uso de nuevas herramientas (incluyendo IA) para maximizar la eficiencia en la gestión financiera y automatizar el flujo de datos. #LI-MM3

- Month-end closing and management reporting experience
- Variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior year
- P&L consolidation and analysis
- Executive analysis and presentation preparation
- Experience using PBCS for closing data uploads
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Process improvement and financial reporting automation
- Use of artificial intelligence tools to improve financial processes
