Job Description

  • Manage Plant KPIs for both Operation, Procurement and Quality. Manage expenses, CAPEX, transformation and cost saving programs with control, analysis and reporting on yearly, monthly, and 3-years basis. 
  • Perform cost accounting, product costing, project costing and provide accurate timely report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. 
  • Analyze Plant manufacturing cost variance, labor productivity and freight cost.
  • Conduct China sales to intercompany transfer pricing process. 
  • Conduct inventory management on cycle count, annual count, Scrap, E&O, forecasting.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.Qualifications: 

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/management or related field.
  • Above 3 years’ accounting experience in manufacturing industry, at least 3 years with costing accounting experience. 
  • Knowledge of purchase/warehouse/production processes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Strong attention to detail. 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field
  • More than 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing industry
  • At least 3 years of cost accounting experience
