Purpose of the role:
To support FP&A Manager with internal, external reporting, closing activities and process improvements.
Our ideal candidate:
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, eager to learn, digital savvy
- Proficient in English
- Having knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles
- Can work 20 hours per week
- Has an active student status at a Hungarian university
Your responsibilities:
- Support with financial reports, KPIs and dashboards for departments
- Assist with template preparation for investor reporting
- Participate in monthly closing activities
- Review expense reports and review compliance
- Prepare financial documentation for Audit
- Prepare Process Documentation and maintain updates
- Get involved in automation projects and ad hoc work assignments
Your experience:
- Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Comfortable in fast-paced, international and changing environment
- A get-things-done mindset and collaborative spirit
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience with Oracle / Netsuite / Metabase / GoogleSheets is a plus
Compensation: gross 2,500 HUF/hour
