Role

The Senior Manager FP&A is responsible for leading the planning and analysis finance processes. This role will be reporting into our CFO and working closely with the executives to develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making. This role will drive long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the company and provide detailed monthly reports and analysis.

 Job Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and analysis.
• Partner with department heads to develop short and long term financial plans.
• Develop and present strategic insights about the business and report to the CFO and the executive team for effective business decisions.
•  Own the overall processes and tools to help stakeholders across the company forecast future headcount growth based on company and team priorities, supported by data driven analysis.
•  Assesses ongoing process and lead improvements.
• Own the budgeting, forecasting and management reporting process.
• Prepare material for board of directors and investor relation activities.
•  Drive improved profitability through analytics and operational relationships.
•  Helo lead initiatives to enhance FP & A across the commercial organization.
•  Partner with our internal Accounting team on monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements.
• Assist in all aspects of the company’s forecasting and budgeting process and compare detailed KPIs vs actual performance.
