Summary Description
Under general direction, the Financial Planning Analyst will play a key role in supporting Infinx's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. You will analyze complex financial data, develop financial models, and provide insights that help guide business decisions. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
  • Analyze financial performance versus budget and forecast to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and integrate them into financial forecasts
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial analyses to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple sources to deliver accurate and timely insights
  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and ROI for strategic projects
  • Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support planning and leadership decisions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • 2-3 years in financial planning & analysis or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience in healthcare tech or SaaS environment preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableua) preferred
  • Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to fast moving and ambiguous environments, and bring clarity through structured problem solving and prioritization
