This Position reports to:
Financial Planning & Analysis Team LeadYour role and responsibilities
• Performing analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.
• Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
• Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.
• Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends.
• Preparing allocation cycles and calculation of Labour hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios.
• Performing cost / benefit analysis and analysis of inventories, NWC
calculation of Labour hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios.
• Performing cost / benefit analysis and analysis of inventories, NWC
• Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reports as per division’s / function’s request.
• Analysis of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.
Qualifications for the role
• Experience required – 3-7 Yrs
• Flexible with shifts - 12PM - 9PM and 10:30 AM- 7:30 PM
Experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with MS Office
• Degree – CMA/ MBA Finance
• Thorough / detail oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules
