Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-8 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L), fixed assets, cost structures, and budget management
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modelling)
