We are in search of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Reston, VA to join our finance team in Digital Modernization
supporting our Defense Enclave Services (DES) program. As a core member of the finance team, you will play a
valuable part in supporting and executing a wide range of projects and programs within the operation, while
leveraging your financial expertise in the areas of financial control (planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting).

THE MISSION
Defense Enclave Services (DES) is a 10-year program focused on the consolidation of common IT services into a single service provider (SSP) framework led by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The program involves a wide range of network and services for more than 370,000 end-users spanning 22 Department of Defense (DoD) agencies and field activities (DAFAs) with over 500 sites both in the U.S. and abroad. ***The position is primarily onsite in our Reston, VA headquarters with potential to telework up to 60%.***
Primary Responsibilities:
This position will manage FP&A responsibility for the DEIM/DES division and is responsible for developing and driving financial forecasts, analyzing company results, and evaluating risks for all areas of the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows. The FP&A Manager will also be responsible for managing a small team of business finance professional staff to ensure financial compliance, cost management, budget development and proposal support activities. Responsibilities will include leading cost reduction initiatives as well as the continued development of the planning systems and processes. Duties may include presenting key business insights and recommendations to the senior leadership to contribute to the process of determining a company's financial needs or goals for the future, and how to achieve them.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 5+ years of experience related to Accounting, Finance, or Economics-related financial analysis. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.

Prior experience should include budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of contract cost and financial data

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysis

Good communication skills both verbally and written to clearly provide detailed analysis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Government Program Finance experience
-
Experience with Costpoint, Cognos, Oracle Analytics and other Leidos financial systems

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
