Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Takeda Turkey operates in Turkey since 2009; we are providing better health to patients in different therapeutic areas which are Oncology, Hematology, Rare Genetic Diseases, Immunology and GI.
We are currently looking for a strong profile with the right attitude to join our Finance team as "FP&A Manager".
How you will contribute:
FP&A Manager will be reporting to Finance Head Turkey and will be accountable for:
- Lead & coach the FP&A team
- Ensure preparation and submission of IFRS financials
- Business partnering to all other functions
- Coordinate budget and contribute to Long Range Plan, S&OP and Business Review process
- Prepare actual budget comparisons, provide clear, concise monthly commentaries, provide OPEX guidance to Budget owners for LOC & Global
- Communicates solutions across own function with impact on other functions
- Risk & Opportunities management
- Transfer Pricing management & execution
- Develop financial models and analytical tools to support commercial functions' objectives and projects in order to provide recommendations to the country
What you bring to Takeda:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent from a reputable university
- At least 6 years work experience in finance and/or in multinational Big Four audit and advisory companies
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent command of English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- People management experience; Be able to coach, develop and provide feedback and direction to direct reports.
- SAP, TM1, BI tool experience preferred
- Ability to analyses and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Excellent and proven leadership, managerial, interpersonal and relationship building skills
