Position Summary:

This position will be help optimize financial performance by developing financial models, providing financial analysis, and supporting strategic business initiatives. This position will partner with the VP Finance – USA to lead key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting and multi-year cash flow planning. This position will provide accurate and data-based information on profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. 

Responsibilities:

• Leads key financial processes including budgeting and forecasting in partnership with the VP Finance – USA. 

• Develops and maintains models for long-term financial planning.

• Assists in development of financial and performance targets.

• Analyzes financial performance, in partnership with peers in Finance, to provide insights to senior management and offer recommendations for improvement.

• Provide financial analysis and modeling support for new initiatives or scenario planning.

• Drive the development and enhancement of the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and modeling tools.

• Provide support to the Accounting team during financial close processes and financial statement audits.

• Supports creation of reporting packages to effectively communicate relevant information.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

• Master’s Degree MBA or CPA preferred

• At least five (5) years experience in a mid to senior level Finance or Accounting position

• Solid understanding of accounting principles

• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications, ERP technologies, financial reporting and/or business intelligence tools and other financial applications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Good presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other individuals across the organization

• Highly detail oriented, organized and strong time management skills

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and financial modeling skills

• Demonstrated success working in a deadline driven environment

• Proactive work ethic and ability to perform with minimum supervision

• Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
