Job Description
Are you an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Associate with an eye for detail and strong analytical skills? Then this role is for you! We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate.
Role Purpose
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate, you will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, research, budgets, and forecasts to support company objectives. You will prepare forecasts, perform financial modeling, and develop recommendations for management.
Responsibilities and Authority
- Prepare timely and accurate reports of actuals.
- Prepare forecasts for the current year and develop the plan for the following year.
- Perform financial analyses and research to support short-term business objectives.
- Review financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and statistical analyses for accuracy.
- Provide financial analyses and recommendations to functional or operational management.
- Audit financial practices to ensure compliance with regulations, legislation, and standards.
The Ideal Candidate
- SAP S4/HANA knowledge is a must.
- Holds an MBO diploma or equivalent level.
- Has at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and can work under time pressure.
