This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each you will work on financial data, reporting, analysis & collaboration with multiple teams. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.
The work model for the role is: onsite/ Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion FP&A CoE in Bangalore. Main stakeholders are Global traction business.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions.
• Analyzing the business of the performance & interpreting results to leaders of the business.
• Working with management team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance.
• Preparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzing impact to the organization and validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting through reconciliation and review of exceptions.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• You skilled with microsoft office suite (presentation, excel, powerbi skills)
• Ability to demonstrate your knowledge in finance & can break down topics through structured thinking.
• Good to have: ABACUS analyzer, ATLAS & SAP knowledge
• You are innovative around process optimization & automation
• Degree in ACCA/CA/CS/CIMA or MBA in finance
• You are at ease communicating in english
