Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis for assigned programs, accounts, or departments.
- Monitor budget performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Support pricing analysis, margin review, and contract financial evaluation.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership.
- Track financial risks and opportunities impacting program profitability.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience in BPO, shared services, or corporate finance environment preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of BPO operational metrics (FTE utilization, productivity, cost per seat).
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
