As a Financial Performance Advisor, you will transform data into strategic insights that support decision-making, financial planning, and performance monitoring across the Investments sector. What You Will Accomplish with Us


As a Financial Performance Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Investments sector. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, automating, and optimizing management dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel to enhance financial visibility;
  • Participating in financial forecasting activities, updating expense projections, and identifying variances;
  • Contributing to budgeting activities with Investments teams and ensuring data consolidation for reporting purposes;
  • Developing, monitoring, and enhancing key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making;
  • Supporting the structuring, validation, and interpretation of financial and operational data to ensure quality, consistency, and relevance;
  • Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations that influence business decisions;
  • Supporting the Investments activity costing model and ensuring the accuracy of charged costs;
  • Contributing to accounting and financial activities, including financial statement preparation, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting, while participating in the continuous improvement of financial management processes and tools.

We are looking for someone who:


  • Is recognized for their rigor, analytical mindset, and ability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful insights;
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop;
  • Has a strong interest in data intelligence, performance visualization, and the enhancement of analytical tools;
  • Excels at organization and effectively manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Data Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field;
  • Has a minimum of three years of experience in accounting analysis, FP&A, financial analysis, or a role combining finance and data;
  • Possesses advanced Excel skills and a solid knowledge of Power BI;
  • Has an advanced level of French proficiency, as the role involves regular communication and collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and business partners;
  • Holds a CPA designation, or is in the process of obtaining one, which is considered a strong asset.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Data Intelligence, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in accounting analysis, FP&A, financial analysis, or a role combining finance and data
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Solid knowledge of Power BI
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • CPA designation or in process of obtaining CPA
  • Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with financial statement preparation, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
