What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Financial Performance Advisor (FP&A), you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial performance reporting and monitoring by contributing to the development of dashboards, analyzing variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts, and documenting key trends and drivers;
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of financial data by maintaining consistency and integrity across deliverables;
  • Actively participate in general expense forecasting by updating projections, consolidating data from various sectors, and supporting the analysis of key assumptions and variables;
  • Identify and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making;
  • Act as a business partner by supporting teams in understanding their financial performance, responding to information requests, and contributing to monthly and quarterly performance reviews;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A practices by collaborating with the team, optimizing tools and processes, and developing business knowledge.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their rigor and attention to detail, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability of financial data;
  • Stands out for their analytical and synthesis skills, particularly in interpreting financial performance and variances;
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, along with a solid understanding of financial statements and basic financial analysis concepts;
  • Is recognized for their collaborative mindset, effective communication, and proactive attitude, supporting strong business partnerships;
  • Has 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field, with budget and forecasting experience considered an asset;
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality;
  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves producing and presenting financial analyses, participating in performance reviews, and supporting planning and forecasting activities with financial stakeholders and business partners, including U.S. entities and Western Canada, on a regular basis.

Skills Required

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or related field
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboard development
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and basic financial analysis concepts
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to maintain data quality and consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
