We are on the lookout for a Financial Controller to join our Financial Department.
Responsibilities:
- Checking the correctness and validity of payment requests.
- Identifying discrepancies and communicating with employees to clarify information.
- Suspending suspicious transactions and promptly informing management about risks.
- Regularly updating and maintaining internal financial data.
- Supporting partner accounting and keeping their information up to date.
- Monitoring internal communication channels.
- Recording identified errors and actions that could lead to financial losses or distorted reporting.
- Verifying documents and requests related to internal projects.
- Regular reconciliation of financial data across different sources.
- Preparing regular reports based on audit findings.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and an analytical approach.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial record-keeping.
- Confident skills in working with data and documents.
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables — an advantage).
- Proficiency in Russian and English at a level sufficient for working with documentation and communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
