As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Securitization Director, you will lead efforts in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging collective strengths.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements within our Assurance practice. You will mentor the next generation of leaders, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- At least one of the following credentials or certifications is required: Certified Public Account (CPA) License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality A State Licensed Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieve certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMP

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
