Job Description
The Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) is a global leader in investment banking, wholesale payments, markets, and securities services. We provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk, and extend liquidity in over 100 countries.
As a Vice President in the Digital and Platform Services Financial Management team, you will partner with Operations executives in the Client On-Boarding and Documentation (CO&D) organization. Your role involves providing financial oversight, supporting business strategy, and serving as a trusted business partner. You will ensure strong financial processes, develop financial analysis and reporting, and track technology enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Integrate financial reporting/forecasting processes for heritage Commercial Bank (CB) and CIB.
  • Develop annual financial budgets and forecasts aligned with business drivers.
  • Build partnerships with CO&D senior stakeholders, focusing on KYC operations.
  • Align financial architecture with business strategy, producing high-quality materials.
  • Ensure accurate monthly reporting and financial assessments.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Drive adoption of transformation initiatives across DPS F&BM.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • 8+ years of financial management experience.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence.
  • Team-oriented, inquisitive, and a critical thinker.
  • Ability to act independently and challenge the status quo.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking approach to process improvements.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and resourceful.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • MBA/CPA.
  • Experience in expense allocation.
  • Proven ability to operate under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
