What you'll do

  • Manage in-person and virtual events/webinars including lead management and success metrics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, etc.) to develop and launch campaigns.

  • Develop and run both regional and global marketing campaigns .

  • Create pre and post event campaigns to assist Business Development Representatives with outreach.

  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.

  • Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across sales and marketing to build strong relationships and alignment.

  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs.

  • Understand and keep up with industry trends that impact and highlight customer pain points to help target messaging.

  • Align tactics (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, target account advertising, etc) and content to the buyer’s journey.


What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing.

  • Experience in marketing SaaS, cloud-based solutions and/or financial institutions experience strongly preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Creative, Sales, and Growth teams. 

  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred).

  • Ability to learn new MarTech tools as needed.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data based on KPIs to inform decision-making.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Some travel required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is zł140,400.00 - zł210,600.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
