Job Summary
As a Vice President in The Financial Institutions Sales Group (FIG), you will have a critical role in developing and implementing strategic frameworks to address the complex needs of our FIG business. You will collaborate with global sales teams and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and drive innovation. Your focus on robust risk management and compliance will help ensure sustainable growth and position our business for long-term success. You will be part of a team that values diverse perspectives and fosters a culture of excellence and inclusion.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide global support to FIG sales teams, enabling identification of revenue opportunities across diverse markets and client segments
- Develop and refine internal control frameworks to manage business complexity, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with firmwide policies and regulatory requirements
- Champion initiatives that promote sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and a strong control environment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client engagement
- Support sales leads to evaluate new market entry opportunities and complete required risk assessments

- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
- Results-oriented and innovative, consistently fostering creative problem-solving within the team
- Possess excellent written and presentation skills, along with robust analytical and execution capabilities

- Experience in payments, financial institutions, or related industry
