This position is crucial as it ensures the smooth operation of finance and liquidity risk management by working closely with the team leader and mentoring analysts and associates. It involves actively participating in cash flow planning, monitoring loan portfolios, managing intra-group loans, and overseeing credit exposure and bank limits. Additionally, the role includes FX and market risk management, as well as operational involvement in documentary business limit utilization and issuance of business instruments.
What will you do?
- Mentoring of analysts and associates
- Working closely with the team leader to ensure the smooth running of all finance and liquidity risk operations.
- Actively and independently participating in the cash flow planning process of the company and the group
- Analyzing and independently monitoring the loan portfolio of the company and the group; internal and external, proposes activities based on them
- Operational activities relating to management of intra-group loan lending
- Monitoring and analyzing the state of credit exposure and utilization of bank limits, proposes activities based on them
- Participating in the preparation of reporting to the Director of the Treasury and the Management Board
- Participating in the process of authorization of outgoing payments, in line with prescribed competences
- FX Risk management and Market Risk management – executing of financial instrument's agreements (trading), reporting and analysis
- Operational involvement in Documentary Business limit utilization / issuance of doc. Business instruments (Gtees, LC's, Bid Bonds, LOI, etc)
Requirements:
- Analytical and structured individual with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in data analysis and modeling (Python, R) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of statistics and economic mathematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
