Handles financial due diligence fieldwork by analyzing financial statements, profitability, revenue, costs, assets, liabilities, net debt, working capital, forecasts, and valuation assumptions. Prepares diligence reports, summarizes key findings, supports client proposals, manages client relationships, coordinates with tax and other service lines, and supervises or reviews work completed by consultants and trainees.
