What You Will Do: 

  • Review and analyze customer, transaction, and open-source data to identify potential financial crime, fraud, compliance, or regulatory concerns. 

  • Support activities across a range of Financial Crime Prevention areas, including AML, KYC/ODD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions, fraud, and related investigations, based on your profile and client needs. 

  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation, summaries, and case findings. 

  • Deliver high-quality work in line with project requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations. 

  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders, while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. 

What You Will Need:  

  • 6+ months of experience in back-office operations, preferably within Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) area. 

  • Experience or strong interest in financial crime, AML/CTF, KYC, compliance, fraud, risk, investigations, banking, fintech, or crypto-related operations. 

  • Analytical mindset and ability to clearly explain your reasoning in writing and verbally while following required processes. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and ability to learn new systems quickly. 

  • Fluent English, spoken and written (C1 preferred). 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred). 

  • Work full-time from the office in line with the clean desk policy.

The annual salary range for this position is €18,000.00-€30,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
