In this role, you will:
- Consult with the line of business and enterprise functions on financial reporting or information technology governance, and controls and oversight matters
- Identify compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
- Provide oversight for testing and monitoring involving moderate to complex subject matter or control areas
- Communicate and provide consultation regularly with stakeholders throughout the enterprise
- Implement, operate, and report results of certain elements of the company's policy, governance and oversight framework
- Support implementation of moderate to complex projects and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting or Business and Technology Audit experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SOX and Regulatory Controls Testing
- Perform end-to-end testing of SOX and regulatory reporting controls, including design and operating effectiveness testing, in line with COSO and internal methodologies.
- Independently evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and support remediation discussions with process owners.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality documentation of walkthroughs, test plans, testing results, and conclusions.
- Walkthroughs and Stakeholder Management
- Lead control walkthrough calls with Finance, Operations, and IT process owners.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across lines of business.
- Priority and Transformation Initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline testing, reduce manual effort, and enhance control effectiveness through automation and analytics.
- Support changes impacting the COSO framework, testing approach, or regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Independently executes standard testing and walkthroughs with appropriate documentation, credible challenge, and timely reporting/data quality.
- Demonstrates solid understanding of assigned processes, controls, and risks, and applies them effectively in testing.
- Ensures timely delivery and quality outputs, with responsiveness to feedback and closure of review comments.
- Applies judgment in routine scenarios, with appropriate and timely escalation when required.
- Maintains accurate reporting on testing status and issues.

Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting, or Business and Technology Audit, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education

- Experience performing end-to-end control testing, including design and operating effectiveness testing
- Knowledge of COSO and internal control testing methodologies
- Experience leading control walkthroughs with Finance, Operations, and IT process owners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently execute testing and walkthroughs with appropriate documentation and timely reporting
- Ability to work three days in the office
- Availability for the 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM work shift
