In this role, you will be responsible for building, monitoring and analyzing performance indicators across different business activities. You will transform data into actionable insights, identify trends and anomalies, and provide recommendations that support operational performance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Build, monitor and analyze business KPI’s and performance dashboards.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports based on business needs.
• Analyze operational performance and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support the budgeting process by contributing to budget preparation, monthly budget follow-up and cost estimations.
• Investigate data anomalies and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Analyze performance indicators related to recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and other operational activities.
• Perform cost and efficiency analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and performance tracking.
What we are looking for
• Previous experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working with KPIs, reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Curiosity and autonomy, with the ability to investigate data and understand the story behind the numbers.
• Good understanding of financial concepts, cost analysis and business performance indicators.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Technical skills
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting environments.

Skills Required
- Background in Business Analysis with hands-on experience in financial processes (reporting, budgeting, cost tracking)
- Ability to structure data and translate it into clear insights
- Client-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Available to travel locally
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with ERP and BI tools (SAP, TM1 or similar) for budgeting, forecasting, reporting
