Your responsibilities:
Preparation and analysis of HR KPIs, personnel reports, and workforce statistics
Creation of financial simulations and forecasting models in close cooperation with the Controlling department
Preparation and coordination of budget planning with business departments
Analysis and explanation of budget variances related to personnel costs
Workforce efficiency planning and analysis
Calculation of annual HR-related provisions/accruals
Providing HR controlling metrics and steering parameters
Supporting relevant departments in calculating options for collective bargaining negotiations and preparing decision-making materials
Supporting relevant departments in monitoring salary bands and employee classification within compensation structures
Supporting relevant departments in the calculation of variable compensation components
Acting as a backup for other team members, including HR Controllers supporting other entities
Participating in project work related to HR controlling topics
Managing and maintaining HR-related data
Our requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Controlling
Strong expertise in Controlling and Financial Accounting (required)
Knowledge of Payroll and Personnel Cost Planning is considered an advantage
Understanding of the interaction between Compensation & Benefits, HR, Payroll, and Finance/Controlling (FiCo)
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, analysis, and automation)
Experience with Power Pivot and Power Query is an advantage
Good practical knowledge of controlling and HR systems/tools
German language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level
Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
