JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support month-end closing processes according to US GAAP
- Review balance sheet and account reconciliations and prepare month-end reports
- Prepare monthly financial files and check supporting documents
- Create weekly reports to give early insights into financial performance
- Collect and analyze financial data to support management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Perform cost calculations and analyze differences between actual and planned costs
- Monitor and check monthly accruals
- Prepare cost center reports and control expenses
- Review monthly sales reconciliations
- Prepare and follow up Capital Management Forms (CMF)
- Track working capital (receivables, payables, inventory, cash)
- Prepare financial presentations for management
- Track cost saving projects and performance indicators
- Work with auditors and follow up on audit actions
- Improve processes to make them simpler and more efficient
- Support SAP system improvements from a finance perspective
